Pineapple Daiquiri (Version: 1)

Ingredient:

  • ( 2 oz ) Rum — Kohala
  • ( 0.75 oz ) Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • ( 0.5 oz ) Lime Juice
  • ( 0.5 oz ) Simple Syrup

Garnish:

  • Frozen pineapple chunks

Notes:

  • Combine ingredients in shaker.
  • Add crushed ice, shake hard
  • Double strain into coupe glass.
  • Garnish with frozen pineapple chunks on a cocktail pick.
