Ingredient:
- ( 0.25 cup ) Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped
 - ( 0.75 cup ) Granulated Sugar
 - ( 0.75 cup ) Water
 
Notes:
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissovled
 - Remove from heat and allow to cool
 - Double strain into a bottle and store in the refrigerator
