Ingredient:
- ( 2 oz ) Blended Scotch — Monkey Shoulder
 - ( 0.75 oz ) Lemon Juice
 - ( 0.375 oz ) Honey Syrup — homemade
 - ( 0.375 oz ) Ginger Syrup — homemade
 - ( 0.25 oz ) Peaty Islay Scotch — Ardbeg
 
Notes:
- Combine all ingredients, except for the Islay scotch, in a shaker
 - Add ice and lightly shake
 - Double strain cocktail into a rocks glass over ice
 - Float the Islay scotch over the back of a barspoon and garnish with crystallized ginger candy
