Ingredient:

• ( 1.5 oz ) Earl Grey Infused Gin — Homemade
• ( 0.25 oz ) Honey Syrup
• ( 3 dashes ) Orange Bitters — Angostura

Notes:

• Combine ingredients in a chilled mixing glass
• Add ice and stir for 20 seconds.
• Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
